Build a Career With Nostalgic
Join a premier hardscape team that values craftsmanship, invests in its people, and builds projects worth being proud of.
This Isn’t Just a Job. It’s a Trade.
We don’t hire warm bodies. We hire skilled tradespeople, invest in them, and promote from within. If you’re serious about hardscape and want to work somewhere that takes the craft as seriously as you do, this is the team.
Room to Grow
Clear advancement paths from installer to Lead Installer to Crew Lead. We develop talent internally and reward accountability, skill, and leadership with real career progression.
Consistent, Quality Work
Full-time hours on high-quality residential and commercial projects. No fly-by-night jobs. No corner-cutting. You’ll be proud of what you build here.
A Real Team Culture
Professional environment built on accountability, mutual respect, and shared standards. We work hard, communicate directly, and hold each other to a high bar — because the work demands it.
Competitive Pay
$20–$30+ per hour depending on experience, with performance-based pay increases. We pay for skill and reliability — not just showing up.
Work You Can Be Proud Of
Every project is built to a standard that stands up over time. You’ll drive by your work years later and know it still looks right — because it was done right.
Premium Tools & Equipment
We invest in proper equipment — maintained skid steers, quality cut-off saws, laser levels, and commercial-grade compactors. Good tools make good work possible.
What to Expect

“I’ve worked for a few hardscape companies around the valley. The difference here is that the standard is actually high — not just talked about. The base gets done right, the crew communicates, and you can drive by a project two years later and it still looks perfect. That matters to me.”
